Connect Us Care began with a simple but powerful vision, to create a safe, supportive space for both participants and their families. It all started with just one person (that’s me!), one heart full of compassion, and a dream to do things differently in the disability and aged care space.

What began as one-on-one support has grown into a connected, purpose-driven team who share the same values: kindness, collaboration, and real, meaningful care. We believe support should feel human — not clinical. That’s why we focus on building real relationships, working closely with participants, families, and other providers to make sure everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. We also believe a good cup of coffee can work wonders. We care, we connect, we caffeinate, and we show up.
